Cancellation / Refund Policy

A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all in person courses.

Refunds (minus the $25.00 deposit) will be issued up to two weeks prior to the start date of class.

Two weeks advanced notice is required to reschedule class dates or times.

Cancellations and rescheduling less than two weeks prior to the start date of a class are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Due to the high demand for Driver Education – NO REFUNDS will be given once a class has started.

Road-Ready reserves the right to change or cancel classes. In that event, the above cancellation and forfeiture of fee policy does not apply. A full refund will be issued.

NO REFUNDS can be given for online courses.

Drive time change requests must be made through our office by calling 402-477-5933. All change requests must be made at least one business day (Monday-Friday during business hours) prior to your drive date. Failure to do so will result in a $30 rescheduling fee. There is a $30 charge for not showing for driving appointments or not having a valid permit to drive. All fees must be paid before students can schedule more lessons.

Students may take longer to gain abilities if they don’t have 40 hours of practice driving at home. This may result in the need to purchase extra lessons to complete the State of Nebraska required content of the course at a cost of $70 a lesson.

Up to two driving tests will be provided at no charge. If a student fails 2 driving test, Road-Ready requires a minimum of one additional lesson ($70) to correct the issue(s) before Road-Ready will re-test the student.
